Prior to becoming an external consulant, Brian led the education design team within Andersen Worldwide Organization’s Performance Consulting unit and delivered world-class training as master facilitator serving Arthur Andersen and Accenture. He was Practice Leader of Organizational Learning with St. Aubin, Haggerty & Associates and Director of Learning and Development. He also provided transition coaching for job seekers with Challenger, Gray & Christmas. Most recently Brian led all talent development-related programs from on-boarding through succession planning for TTX Company. Throughout his career Brian has offered expert coaching services to business leaders and their teams to enhance success and effectiveness in their chosen career.
